Artists’ applications due May 5 for Art on the Wabash

 

September 19 event open to artists in 15 Indiana counties

 

The fifth annual “Art on the Wabash, a Local Artists’ Fair” will be held at West Lafayette’s Tapawingo Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, September 19.

 

Participation in the juried fair is open to artists living in 15 Indiana counties: Benton, Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren and White counties.

 

Entry guidelines and application forms are available from Tippecanoe Arts Federation, 638 North St., Lafayette, www.tippecanoearts.org, 765/423-ARTS.  The entry fee is $15 per artist. Applications must be received by Tippecanoe Arts Federation by 5 p.m., Friday, May 5. Booth rental fee for accepted artists will be $25.

 

The artists’ fair is presented by the City of West Lafayette, West Lafayette Parks & Recreation Department and Morton Community Center, with assistance from Tippecanoe Arts Federation and sponsorship funding from KitchenArt, The Store for Cooks.
