• Undertake, monitor and facilitate special community-wide projects.

Committees

Community of Choice Committee (COC)

• Works to support and assist in the overall quality of life in Greater Lafayette.
• Focuses on improving the arts & culture, entertainment and recreational activities in the community.

Business and Cultural Partnership Committee (BCPC)

• Strives to increase public awareness of the dynamic role the arts and humanities play in the quality of life in Tippecanoe County.

Community Appearance Task Force (CATF)

• Works to support and assist improvements in the overall beautification efforts of the Greater Lafayette–West Lafayette area.
• Runs the “Spirit of the Season” award and helps facilitate the “Nominate Your Neighbor” program.

Diversity Roundtable

• Provides diversity leadership within Lafayette, West Lafayette and Tippecanoe County.
• Promotes strategies to achieve a culture that values diversity as evidenced by attitudes, policies and practices.
