Goals

• Support the educational system of the Greater Lafayette area by sponsoring programs, projects and awards that recognize the achievements of teachers, students and administrators.

Committees

Education Committee

• Recognizes the importance of education and academic excellence and annually presents the Golden Apple Awards to outstanding teachers in the community.
• Oversees the Career Tech Awards and the School Tours programs.
• Works closely with the local school corporations in an effort to continually improve the equality of education.

Anna Coy, Chairperson Sylvan Learning Center University Relations

• Develops engagements between Purdue University and the Lafayette–West Lafayette business community.
• Activities include the annual Football Kickoff Luncheon, annual Economic Outlook Forum and the Business Roundtables.

Susan Hychka, Chairperson Purdue University Community Health Collaborative

• Reviews the Greater Lafayette healthcare delivery system and strives to keep the business community educated and informed.
